U2 Tribute Zoovenir (what is it?)

I was searching for some stuff on CDNow today and an odd item that I had
never heard of popped up with the search results.

It was called "U2 Tribute Zoovenir" and I believe it said it was
manufactured in Sweeden (well, they just put SWE next to country on the
listing, I assume this means Sweeden)

It contained the following tracks : (I apologize for the shortened and
oddly cut off titles in a couple of instances, I just cut and pasted the
text direct from the CDNow page)

I assume this is some sort of tribue album, maybe? But there was no further
info listed on the page.

Does anyone know what this is, who put it out, what it sounds like?
