Well, while browsing at best buy, I came across the Lara Croft book, called
coincidentally, Lara's Book. :)

Anyway, trhe book goes have some U2 content in her bio information and on page
67-68 (?) there is a small U2 section with graphics and all.

For those who do not know what I am refering to: lara Croft is the main
character in the video game series, Tomb Raider. She was featured in PopMart
during the first leg for the song HMTMKMKM, she is the animated woman shooting
up the crowd with a machine gun.
The book is pretty funny, some people (can you say desperate?) actually write
love letters to her. the have samples of some letters in there, very funny!

About bootlegs, the industry is cracking down on bootleg sales. I have found
out it is most certainly true about Geraldo getting nailed, he was initially
arrested and later released. He will have to go to trial. He is out of
business. he did used to post here frequently and he did answer emails and
send out promptly. I hope that settles it. He and Sander talked on the phone
the other day and he told his tale. I hope that settles that discussion.

I personally, do think the bootlegging should be quelled and it looks like the
industry is lashing out, so if you are gonna do it, my suggestion would be to
be VERY discreet about it.

About the muscle shirts: I would be very wary of buying supposed shirts like
that. The ones from Popmart were actually weaved in that pattern, not
airbrushed or inked on. Someone a few months ago was offering them as
preorders, I would caution against it. Know whom you are dealing with and when
you can expect the product. it would be easy to do a cheap, shoddy imitation
of the shirts, but any shirt of good quality like that would be at least
$55-60. Just be careful.

I really wish Wire would leave sexual orientation, religion, and other
subjective topics alone. I know this is downtime for the band and there is not
much to talk about, but the replies and posts on these subjects make the
entire Wire community look really inane.

We will be hosting a new forum, topic driven message board on the
