Everyone is a little bias to the show they go to, including myself. I
have seen many of the performances they did; Las Vegas, Tempe, Dallas,
San Antonio, Mexico & Dublin. However, I must say that the San Antonio
has to be the best one. U2 was going through alot, they had just gotten
word that Micheal Hutchence had died. That did alot to Bono. He even
sang Waltzing Matilda and some of MLK during Staring at the Sun. He
almost did not want to start singing One at the end of the show because
he started sing Waltzing Matilda again. After the show they stayed on
stage for quite a bit longer that usual. Almost as if they were giving
a moment of silence. Then they paid tribute to Micheal by playing
"Never Tear Us Apart" on the P.A. system. Many of the boots out there
include this song in the setlist. I know that they have played that
song at the end of many shows, but this was the first where they were
doing it for Micheal. The only bad thing about this show is that there
are poor quality boots out there. There are some good sounding shows,
but those boots begin with "Even Better......" Well, I got some good
news, there is a new remastered boot that I will be recieving this
month. It was done by a good pal of mine, Steve Vahey. As I have said
before, Steve is a good guy to talk to. I highly recommend him. So
there you have my choice for the best Popmart, San Antonio. Thanks and
God Bless.------Adrian
