Heidi's right -- this isn't by any means a spectacular video. AIWIY or
EBTTRT were far better videos than this one...
I completely agree with Heidi -- but I'm going to go a step further.
To a regular person watching the video, it must seem like a mish-mash
("mish-mash"?!?) of odd visuals. It seems like the video is one big
inside joke/story that the band has told -- the elephant, from "All I
Want is You", or The Artane Boys Marching Band, of which Larry was a
member -- I'm sure if we analyzed every moment of the video, we'd get
figure out all the jokes...
I'm going to say it, and I know I'm going to get flamed for it -- I
don't like the video or the song. Am I planning on buying the new
singles? Eyup. Why? To be honest, there's two reasons:
1) To keep my collection of singles in tact.
2) Those four extra live tracks(2 per version of the single)
Will I rock out to ST '98 when I get the singles? No. I'll probably
skip over the song...
Of course, this whole message is IMHO...
