Hi Folks,

Just to let you know, here in Dublin there has been unprecedented
anticipation in advance of the GH album. U2 80-90 has broken all previous
records in Irish Music history for advance sales. Over 100,000 thousand
units have been ordered (First week only!), considering only 60,000 were
ordered for BE Here now and only 30,000 for UP, this is some achievement.

29 Record Stores across Ireland will open at Midnight on Sunday to sell the
album, with the obvious rumours that the lads will show up somewhere (HMV in
grafton st, with pizza delivered from Tosca again, is my
guess!!)...........any other countries have stores opening at
midnight??.......email me privately, Id love to know.

Also, U2 80-90 is this weeks "Album of the Week" in the Irish Times, under
the headline "An Absolute Winner".

Anyway, Slan from Dublin and if anyone sees an extremely drunk guy, wobbling
around HMV grafton St. on Sunday night......it's me!

Cheers
dave
