I'd just like to say to all the Australian WIRElings who listen to MMM -
why are you getting so excited about hearing U2 on the radio?? If you
just turned off the crappy NON-STOP-BLOCKS-OF-BLOODY-ROCK and listened
to a half decent station such as JJJ, you'd not only get to hear The
Sweetest Thing at least once a day, you'd also regularly hear a wide
variety of different U2 stuff (just in the last 3 or so weeks I've heard
With Or Without You, Bad, Salome, Even Better Than The Real Thing (Sexy
Dub Mix) and Please) not just the 3 or 4 late 80's songs deemed
'classic' enough by your MMMs, and, as a bonus, you'll hear mountains of
new music, which might help you to understand whatever U2 releases next
a bit better (Discotheque made perfect sense hearing it on JJJ between
Block Rockin Beats by the Chemical Brothers and LoveFool by the
Cardigans). And if you get really adventurous after listening to that
for a while, you could always switch acroos to community radio for some
short bursts of the truly new. :)

Sorry to bore all you non-Australian WIRElings, it's just that MMM is
one of my pet hates.

Thanks
Adrian

P.S. I'm in utter agreeance with Andrew Briscoe - this Kombi dude sounds
a lot like one D.B. to me. If you actually saw the prices he was asking
for stuff on eBay - it was just ludicrous. He didn't actually get many
bidders though, which was understandable due to exhorbitant opening
bids, so hopefully not too many of us got bitten by him. I am sad to
hear your predicament Chris - there are many, many WIRElings who can
empathise with you.

P.P.S. I know this is gonna sound like a really dumb question, but do
$2 bills exist in US currency?
