I have a hunch that the next GH might not be this chronologically
limited. They may throw in some of the '80's stuff they couldn't get in
on this one, like "Gloria" or "Eleven O'clock Tick-Tock" or "Surrender".
That way they won't have to pick from only three albums. I mean, heck,
part of the reason they put out this particular album now is because the
newer fans might not have all of the early stuff. So, they just could
throw in some more '80's stuff for another one. They could also include
(my picks for the '90's....drumroll, please!! :-)) .....

Even Better Than the Real Thing
Mysterious Ways
One
Love is Blindness
Zooropa
Lemon
Discotheque
Please
Wake Up Dead Man

That's plenty of stuff for a good second issue of "best U2 material". I
think part of the contract also called for an album of new material, and
that's three albums. I'm confused big time about the particulars of the
contract. IMHO, three collections of "Best Of U2" would be excessive,
at least any time soon.

Pax,
Patricia
