Every U2 fan should own a copy of Carter Alan's revised rock biography
of U2 called "U2: The Road to Pop". I read it this past summer, and I
must say that I feel like I personally know the band after reading
this book. The original printing was called "Outside is America".
Carter Alan updated it after U2's PopMart Tour...it's a great read!
Also - a NEW "U2 Live" book is due out in December which will include
the PopMart Tour. Hope you get your hands on both of these!
