Quinn -- first, welcome to Wire. :-)

In regard to your questions, most bootlegs typically go for $20 per CD.
Some boots are just a single disc, esp. the older shows which ran an hour
or less. Longer shows are on 2-CD sets, and those typically go for about
$40. You'll undoubtedly find some places that are higher, and some that are
lower. If you use FLOM, you'll get a good idea of which boots are better
quality, and that'll help you decide if it's worth the money. There are
some terrific bootlegs out there ... and some pieces of crap! And yes, rare
and special edition bootlegs are more expensive.

Don't have lyrics, sorry. But the song is originally done by Pete Seeger,
methinks.

It's her. :-)

Hope this helps,
Matt
