>hey listen bro, she has just as much of a right to >express her
opinion
>as you do. and since you were bitchin about stating >opinions, well, I
>think you should shut up, cuz thats what she was >doing. if you dont
>like her opinion, fine, but I think she is absolutely >right. LETS GET
>OVER THE DRUG ISSUE!

Well, she has a right to say her opinion about issue but when it
unduly offends me, that is going too far. Freedom of speech and
expression is limited in teh sense that it sould not cause too much of
a pain in the ass for third persons.

>Bono doesnt do drugs, as he has stated before, and I >am sure I am not
>the only one who trusts him enough to take him at his >word. second of
>all, Adam has said PUBLICLY that he has overcome his >drug problem. go
>to @U2 where they have the quote in their archives.

So if Bono told you that he had died before and gone to heaven you
would have beleived him. And if Adam tells you shit is good and too
eat it you probably will.

>before you go bitching about being allowed to express >your own
>opinions, remember, everyone else has a right to >express theirs
too...

Well, that was the point of my post, I have the right to express my
own opinion and as long as I do not offend a person directly it is ok.
Bono never told me yet that he has been offended by my posts but I
say I have been offended by Maggie's posts. But Maggie seems yo be a
nice person. It's you who is a prick.

>oh yeah, was their some universal constitution?? you >say something
>about Bono having a constitutional right to privacy, >or something or
>other, um, athough I agree his personal life should >be left alone,
>well, um, I dont recall there being any >CONSTITUTIONAL rights for it,
>(he doesnt live here in America you know.) but I do >think we as
>civilized people should give him his space, dont get >me wrong, but
>constitution????

Ok, I am sorry for using the word constitution. I guess
internationally and universally accepted rights is more like it. That
is what Amnesty stands for and they would have been just limited to
one country if no rights were universally accepted.

The right to life, freedom of expression, right to property and the
non-suability of the state are among the generally accpeted principles
of all nations in this world. Of course I am not discounting the
possibility that you coem from China where human rights are quite
supressed. Otherwise, if you are a civilized person you should know
what I am talking about.

So I have every right to say what I want until kicked out of Wire or
until Bono complains personally. Also, why are you coming up to
Maggie's defense? She even didn't say anything bad to me (yet).

Get a life loser and if you still want more "flame wars" let's do it
in private. You started this all by flaming me publicly. Let's not
strain the eyes of the Wireling into reading your crappy posts...

Cheers,

J
