Has anybody purchased the new updated "U2 Live Book"?

Apparently it is available but it only includes POPMART dates in 1997.
Why the heck would they release it after the end of the tour so that it
would include all of the POPMART dates? What?

Also, is it an update or does it include everything from 1978 and onwards?

Is it available in North America? Canada?
