I always thought this was in reference to that East German who ran
the Berlin Wall, was shot, and was left in the barbed wire for a few
hours(I'm not sure on the time frame) -- but someone was able to move
to a position directly above the body and snap a few pictures...it's
one of those "infamous" pics from the Cold War...
