The above link I found based on the Pop Mart tour Program. Leigh Bowery was
an artist. Bowery died of AIDS-related meningitis on New Year's Eve, 1994.
As best I can tell, this is the person dancing in the Lemon sequence. If you
read the dialogue in the site, you may get a better feeling as to why this was
used during Pop Mart.
The person credited with the actual footage is John Maybury ... who has quite
an impressive filmography ... you can find more info on him at:

info, and if you click on state, that should bring you to their full
filmography which includes titles such as:
