Why the "U2 SUCKS" page.......SUCKS!!! (All Must Read)

I have stated it before that everyone is entitled to an opinion. Even
this individual. She/he has offended something that is sacred to me and
sacred to alot of us on WIRE. That is why we are upset. She/he has
done
this to get an emotional response from us. Something she knows many of
us will do. All I have to say to that is......don't respond to her.
How convenient that she tell us to respond if we have a gripe. Why? So
she/he can brag that not only does U2 suck, but the fans are crybabies
who
only can show support for U2 by cursing. Stay away from her site.
She/he
probably gets paid for all the hits that sight gets.

Her/his first argument. They haven't plaid an original note and the
comparison to Pink Floyd and NIN. Well, sir or madam........are you a
music major. Do you understand chord progression, music structure, or
music theory? How is your album doing on the charts? Explain to me
note for note, chord for chord why U2 is the same as NIN or Floyd.

Her/his second argument, messages in music. Meanings are in people. We
get
what we want from what U2 or anyone else has to say. It just so happens
that what U2 has to say has merit and is formulated with intelligence.

The Village People just are not funny and are not entertaining.
However, they are cultural icons and you are not sir or madam. They
are icons because the culture made them that way. Culture somehow found
a way to connect with them. Are you an anthropologist, archeologists,
or sociologist? Who elected you to dictate fashion or any other aspect
of OUR culture.

U2 just plain suck. Oh baby, you are just grabbing at air now. This
argument has no support at all. Are you a voice coach? Are you a
guitar prodigy? How may years did you study rhythm for a rhythm
section. Oh, and again I ask, "How is your album doing on the charts?"

The last two arguments, if you can call them that, are not very
interesting. Simply because those "sources" are what they are.....
sleaze.
It is in their titles. Anyone in that club that night please contact us
on WIRE. You may prove more reliable than that sight or the sleaze.
Oh, why would anyone say that the club is at fault sir or madam. Easy.
$$$$$.

I wonder why she/he would choose to use George Harrison as support for
her
argument. She/He clearly thinks they are overrated. Simple, George
Harrison is the only one you found who is on record as saying something
that goes along with your agenda. Well, that is pretty uneducated.
That is like saying, "I don't like Hitler, but I like the fact that he
tried to advance the field of genetics in his own cruel and sadistic
way. He is an okay guy when it comes to science."

I don't support you, your site, your sources, or Hitler. Go on with you
site. No I am not going to curse you with an evil death or spell. You
are suffering enough. WIRE and you will receive this exact same email.
Consider yourself corrected and educated sir or madam. To the wonderful
people of WIRE, all other wonderful U2 fans, and U2, thanks and God
