Friday night we went to ACHTUNG BABY at Midnight at the Olympia ......great
gig, great sound, even good lookalikes, did all the favourites............by
the way Zoo 2 are playing The Mean Fiddler on saturday...
I know the 80's revival is in full swing , but I could not believe it when I
heard DEXYS MIDNIGHT RUNNERS are playing Midnight at the Olympia on Feb 5th
........this should be classic!!!..."Geno", "Cmon Eilleen"............
getting back to Garbage ......personally I dont believe they were trying to
use U2 as leverage for their ticket sales , but over the last year or so
Garbage, Hootie, Cher, Oasis, and many more always bring up U2 in
pre-concert interviews...........Garbage play here on thursday (4000 tickets
sold for the Point an 8000 venue)
