No, it was added into the middle of 'Electric Co', not '11 O'Clock...'

You had me doubting my memory for a slight minute, but this was confirmed
with the first book I picked up for reference - Carter Alan agrees with
me! 'Send in the Clowns' was included in the middle of 'Electric Co', And
U2 had not got the copyright thing straightened out, so they had to take it
out again. However, some UTBRS were already released with it in, and are
floating around out there somewhere. I know some of us have them.
